Need to update their stock take software.... otherwise a great place to go to waste your time to search for an item they said they had

Ignore the 5 star rating.I am very annoyed. Silverdale branch said there was 1 outside bench seat left and when I drove all the way to buy it they said no because it was a display item. It shouldn't be showing in stockif you can't buy it

Beware and read the reviews for this company! This has been the worst experience. Over 1.5months to get a dryer repaired and 16 staff members 9 emails and over 7 phone calls all to be told to contact the repair agent or laughed at for asking for a refund when the product could not be repaired in a timely manner. During this experience I have been told I did not have a warranty by a customer care team leader, to deal with the repair agent directly, that 6 to 8 weeks is a normal timeframe awaiting parts and perfectly legal, laughed at in store, 1 week waiting for a complaint to be acknowledged by the management team, no way of raising a formal complaint through their website. This all appears to be actions to avoid their responsibilities under the consumer guarantees act.I also confirmed there is no person who can authorize a refund in store on the weekend in Hamilton. In short they will take your money but good luck getting it back. We feel we have no choice but to progress with legal action just to hold this company responsible for their behaviour.

Have been on hold multiple times for over an hour and a half with no answer.Missing items from my orders. No replies. If I could give a 0 I would. Definitely poor customer service. Especially when you are trying to support nz businesses

I have been trying to open a bizrewards account since July and continue to chase for an update. I was told it is normal to wait 60 days but its is now 120 days and still no response to my emails requesting an update. When I do get hold of someone, who has to transfer me I get cut off. After 3 attempts I give up. It is totally unacceptable and very poor service. I too would give a 0 star if available.

More than one store I have discovered refuses to provide valuable consideration. Are you OK with this being The Warehouse policy? Are you aware this is unlawful? The attitude to date would appear that The Warehouse does not care they are infringing on New Zealand Legislation. My rating would be 0 stars.

Absolutely Terriable Customer Service .Would rate them 0 Stars .Have been battling for over a week to get an issue resolved and it is still not resolved and my emails are being ignored .I am very upset

I am so disappointed with The Warehouse, every week I buy the same Petzone crystal cat litter, it’s always been $9 a bag, I buy 3 bags a week, today I scanned the first bag and it comes up at $12 how can you justify a price increase of $3 in one week??It’s just cat litter! And all the cat foods are now more expensive than the supermarkets. You have now lost another customer!! Very sad to see you have joined the other businesses ripping people off at such a hard time!
