The food was good. But terrible service, they just hung up on me when I called about not receiving something in my order.(I did receive it, just didn't see it at first) but just as I was to let them know I did find it they hung up on me.

If I can do -100 I would. They stuffed up my order, offered a credit to be emailed NEVER GOT THE EMAIL. Call the store regarding my credit meant to call me back, after 30 min i called back - they can't help as they are too busy" so rude on the phone

Made an online delivery for pick up. the pizza were made fast and was cheaper than other places nearby. The pizza were ok. The San Fran base was interesting though, a sour dough based base. The onion rings were nice.Edit: Made an online pick up order and it was packed so it took a while to get the food.

Before many years over crown people but now less and less people because not much shopping area not much popular. But still good on going continue shopping while who living nearby home that why.Plus have good night makers every Saturday alots people enjoy night time to eating and spent time enjoying day.

Food is okay the customer service was really poor i asked them to rubbish the pizza box after having it there they refused rudely and said if you want to throw it throw it away and the thing is last week i had pizza from same place and we gave them 2 boxes to rubbish so either its a new pizza hut policy or they train their staff to be rude

We often go to Highland Park to get our Pizza, and they always do a very good job, but unfortunately today, the three Pizzas that we ordered were all UNCOOKED in the BOTTOMS. Sadly:(

First time ordered on this site. My order must have done around 10:02pm but got around 10:12pm . Time is not problem, problem is that pizza cheese is getting away from bread and it looks like even it is not cooked properly. And as you can see on picture slices not cut properly. Please give attention to this as we pay full and we need good quality always. I never had bad experience like this before.
