She also supported facilitators to develop their presentation skills and helped us create engaging virtual learning tools and comms. I was incredibly fortunate to get to take part in a workshop design series led by Clare. Her expertise alone would have made the experience 5-star, but her kindness, care, and ability to keep us engaged (over zoom for multiple 3 hour sessions) made it spectacular. Clare Horrobin presented a 1.5 workshop at our convention in November 2022 to 70 managers of real estate offices. Clare listened to the brief that we wanted to provide managers with tools for training their sales and administration teams. Her workshop How to Teach Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere, did just that. It covered off: identifying your leaner’s needs, the four parts of learning, learner’s motivation and provided our manager with top teaching tools they could take away and put in practice.
