Darcy Homes

Our new house was built by Darcy Homes who we chose after getting quotes from a few building companies. After our first meeting with Kurt we pretty much knew we'd be using them. Kurt was very professional, yet easy going. We were able to have a walk through of a home he'd recently built. The owners were really happy with the work and the communication all through their build, which was also important to us. We have nothing but praise for Kurt and his team! We are extremely happy with the build, and Kurt just made it so easy for us. People often find building a stressful process, but we did not find it stressful at all. If we are ever to build again, Darcy Homes will be our builders - no doubt!!!

Kurt (and John) did a fantastic job building our home in Snells Beach from our design/plan. He's an old school type builder who is hands on with the tools whilst project managing the various contractors/suppliers and he puts in the hours to get the job done. He's easy to deal with which is a bonus when he building your first home. We can't speak highly enough of Darcy Homes and consider Kurt as a family friend.

Very responsive and helpful to enquiries. Just can't view house plans unless you give your contact details; better if open like others.
