Hands down the best Thai food I've ever had! I was in for lunch every day while I was working round the corner. I was never disappointed with my meals as I worked my way through the lunch menu day by day. And also i would say the healthiest lunch take away option around the Burnside area. So glad I found this place :)

Excellent first experienceWe had dinner at Mali Jasmine Thai restaurant on a weekday evening, which was our first dining experience at this place.We were very pleased with a decor, the service, the presentation and the taste of the food.The place is quite large, and has an excellent ambience inside. There is plenty of parking. The wait time was zero.We were looked after by the owner Jeffrey Barrow himself. We had a vegetarian starter (tempura vegetable) and two mains- one flat noodles dish and the other sweet & sour curry. Both were very delicious and sumptuous.We returned home after a very satisfying and authentic Thai dining experience.We will certainly be back!

I bought 2 fried rice meals...very dry and vegetables are raw...big veggie pieces...no Thai taste at all...Restaurant looks lovely..

Probably the worst Thai I’ve had in Christchurch. We are big Thai foodies. All the vegetables were still raw including the potatoes, couldn’t even cut it, sauce was like water and pork ribs were just boiled. We asked for flavour hot but tasted just like I had a mouth full of chilli flakes - no flavour at all…

Been here many times. Prices are up, the dishes we had were ok but very little meat, lots of verges, standards have slipped. Won’t be back. Shame as we like to support local but not value fir money any more.

Enjoyed the authentic tasting Thai cuisine for takeaways. The owner is friendly and we had a good chat while waiting to pick up the food. Would love to seat down the next time!
