Bodyworks Massage Therapy
Chris, is a professional and emotionally intelligent individual. He is great at both deep tissue massage and therapeutic massage. Since the beginning of the year I’ve gone once a month as part of my self care routine. He’s helped me with my stiffness in my shoulders from working at a computer. Each time I don’t think twice about rebooking for next time, it’s a no brainer that’s why.

Chris is a fantastic masseur, he listens to your concerns, is skilled in knowing which muscles are affected by your sport or lifestyle, and helps prevent injury by targeting the core issues. Never fails to ease my aches and pains, utterly relaxing. He's also a deep tissue specialist if you want to truly see to your deep knots or rehabilitation.

Fantastic staff who know just exactly what muscle groups need working on. Great for pain relief and also for general niggles. Highly recommend Bodyworks Massage to anyone. Also there is Lucy the Greyhound who has her own clients. Lucy is friendly and soothing to all who she greets.

Fantastic massage from Rachel. She was welcoming and offered useful, effective advice. She listened to my concerns and checked in with me at regular intervals throughout massage re pressure and comfort etc. I highly recommend BodyWorks for all your massage needs.
