This firm was used to do a boundary adjustment for a piece of subdivided property adjacent to ours that we were purchasing. (Boundary adjustment).The boundary was about 150m long. This process started in April 2017 and no progress was made on this for over 7 months. It took the Vendor to approach lawyers before they took any action. To us as the purchaser it felt like as our project was small they were not interested. To top it off they hit us with an over $6000 bill for less than 150m long adjustment. That does not include all the other fee's. It is mid November and settlement is next week but we can't dispute the fee's as we would not get the land so they have pretty much got you. I am not sure if this duration for such a small job is normal or if these fee's are acceptable but to me it seems very excessive and we feel ripped.

I am constantly impressed by the breadth and depth of Phil Pirie's knowledge.
