Jade is very nice and has a lot of knowledge. She talked to me and see my issue overall and did acupuncture and massage.

Worse experience ever!! Went there yesterday for an eye lash appointment and also bought a grabone voucher for deep cleansing facial $59 but this is what happened the next day. I had an allergy reaction to the products she used on me, she told me it was aloe vera which has a soothing sensation. I did not see her sanitising her tools and the room was tiny inside Chinatown. Loud construction noise and no air conditioner in the room. The service for eyelash was okay but facial I would seriously not recommend if you have sensitive skin like me. Would recommend you going to skin revolution which does a better job for its price. Overall I don’t even want to rate 1/5.

*** PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ***Poor service! I booked through grab one yet I couldn't contact them for days to book an appointment. When I finally got through, I booked and went for my appointment however the masseuse was still at home. I reschedule for another day and again we were denied service because their centre was locked. They claimed they couldn't hear us knocking yet we knocked for 30mins, we called and messaged plenty of times. We left in frustration and now demanding a refund!

The treatment I received from Jade was truly phenomenal. Not only treating the specific pain condition but also more holistically identifying underlying causes of energy imbalances . As a result your overall mental and physical health is elevated. Jade’s medical knowledge also sets her apart from other practitioners as she is able to quickly comprehend complex medical conditions . I’m now committed to an ongoing maintenance programme with acupuncture at the core.

So happy to be here, it’s a great experience for facial. And also the facial cleaning was been done really well! Worth to come back again!!!!!!

First time trying acupuncture, cupping and aromatherapy. Was an absolute success as it relieved all of my muscle and tendon stress from weight training. Jade is very knowledgeable and professional in her trade and I would recommend her to anyone I know!
