John and I and our daughter have all had years of great professional care from Tim. He is knowledgeable and friendly and we always leave with happy feet!

Tim and Maxine are great people doing a great job. Tim is actively listening and has a comprehensive approach, even referring patients to other practitioners when he thinks they would benefit from this or there is not much he can do himself. Speak about having people’s well-being at heart !

I've had two 9am appointments with Tim for my plantar fasciitis. While I was always 10min early, he was always 10min late (I was the first appointment, he came in late). The whole consultation only took around 10min for both times. I filled a new patient form beforehand which he didn't read before he saw me and the second time he was relying on his memory without keeping a file of my treatment. He was taking a wild guess at what was my problem because he didn't remember how I got it nor what happened. The insoles he gave me did fix my plantar fasciitis in 4 weeks, which physios at habit took 8 weeks just to see slight improvement. Insoles (will last you one year) plus 2 consultations is around $250.

Really disappointed with this service. I do NOT recommend.Tim suggested 3D printed orthotics, 3 times the price of the regular soft ones @$700, but Tim told me they were going to last over 3 times as long so I went for them. The 3D printed were the only orthotics I have ever had that made my existing problem far more painful & also gave me pain in other parts of my feet!Tim tried twice to fix them but failed. This gave me months of intense pain, until I was hardly able to walk. Then he ‘prescribed’ soft orthotics without adapting them to my feet. They were still far more comfortable than the 3D printed ones.He refunded me $300.So I ended up with orthotics which had zero medical imput from Tim.For $400!He didn’t seem to care if you are in pain.Never going back.He also offered me $95 if I would take down this review!

I was recommended to ActiveFeet through my GP for an ingrown toenail procedure. Tim was helpful, friendly and professional. The thing that stood out to me was the follow up services provided after the procedure, which show that Tim has a personal investment in the outcome of his patients.

Have been to Dr Tim's practice a couple of times over the last 15 years. As a former runner of 25 years i have had my share of foot issues.Tim has sorted my problems out very quickly, arranged for the appropriateshoe inserts and has followed up with after appointment care. Would recommend.

Tim has looked after the health and function of my feet for more than 15 years. I am a fitness enthusiast who places high demands on my body - Tim has been both proactive and reactive in keeping me injury free and in top working condition.Highly recommend.

Entire consultation took only 10 minutes. Upon follow up I asked about having a more detailed prescription written out ( as had been recommended to me ) and the look he gave me was unbelievable, said that was the service I asked for so that's what he gave. Didn't even have a file on me, just the form I filled out when I first went there. Pretty sure the medical professional is supposed to advise the patient of the best course of action, not the other way around.Never going back.

I recently took my 16 year old daughter to see Dr. Tim for treatment to her ingrown toe nails. Our GP referred her for surgery but Dr. Tim treated her without having to do the surgery with great success. Great team and professional service. Thank you. Would recommend without a doubt.

Excellent customer service, Dr Halpine was most friendly and highly obliging, nothing was too much trouble. I went to see him as I had a toe nail that was falling off. Dr Halpine was exceptionally fast and tended to my nail in no time. He also saw my other toenail as ingrown and fixed it too. It had been ingrown for many years so I was most appreciativeDr Halpine explained what need to be done and why which was much appreciated. I was lucky he was available as it was during the xmas new year break. . I can’t recommend Active Podiatry highly enough. My feet received the very best care. Many thanks from a very grateful customer
