The grounding pedicure is so relaxing, such a wonderful way to treat your feet. Naz is a great therapist, passionate about the treatments that she is skilled at delivering.

My first facial treatment ever, I was a little nervous to begin with. However, as soon as the treatment commenced, it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience. Staff were great to communicate with and respectful.

Forme Ponsonby new location is calming, luxurious and welcoming. I sat down to a tea out the back area prior to my massage which was lovely. I had booked a deep tissue massage and Laura was my therapist. She has the perfect pressure for me, checked in with my about anything she should focus on and did that. She was sweet and respectful and did a fantastic massage. I feel very relaxed and relieved of some pain. The room was a lovely temperature for me, the bed was nice and warm to get into. There was no ticking clock and she did my massage for the FULL hour, not all places do this. Very impressed and would go back. Thank you

Had Facial Treatment Chiharu and it was the best I have ever had... She was very kind, welcoming, helpful and excellent at what she does. Enjoyed every bit of it. Can't wait to go back for a massage treatment.

Gorgeous facial and massage I fell asleep it was so relaxing. No big hard sell at the end and loved the machine which took pics of my face, a beautiful experience all round.

Overall disappointed by my experience at Forne spa. I booked in for the autumn revival package which was for 70mins and included a 30 min massage, 30min express facial, a keratin foot soak and eye booster.First of all my session started quite late - was brought into the treatment room 10mins late but then my therapist vanished for 8 minutes so didn’t get started until about 20 mins after originalTime - yet somehow managed to finish only 10 mins late!Massage was ok - only went for just under 25mins incl clean up (clock on the wall). I had specified on my booking form that I wanted firm pressure however it was definitely not that firm. Therapist also didn’t ask if there was anything I wanted focused on (but fine I should have spoken up). Post massage my back is still quite tight and sore unfortunately.Facial was also ok - didn’t feel that thorough and my skin didn’t feel or look that glowy. All in all a bit meh.Not sure I would recommend or return

Modern, clean and calm space with welcoming staff. The lovely therapist Helen gave me an incredibly nourishing express facial. My skin feels silky smooth and hydrated. Looking forward to my next treatment!
