I had a very unpleasant run in with Paul who displayed the worst customer service I have experienced for many years. Paul was completely racist, yes I am Asian, and unprofessional. Sorry Paul, but I speak English well enough to see through your racist comments and you don't expect customers who are inquiring about your containers to refer to Trade Me for testimonials. You said your second hand containers don't come with any kind of warranty, but other companies will replace your second hand container if the one you purchase once inspected has any issues. So, your second hand containers don't have any warranty at all? Be aware buyers; if you want to find a quality container, go somewhere else!!
