Jock is a hero. Had an issue with a van while passing through Rotorua, he came and diagnosed the problem at the roadside, took the van away to his workshop and got the repair done quicktime for a very reasonable price. Could not recommend highly enough. Was very open through the whole process, very trust worthy!

Developed an issue with my cars aircon. Nobody in Rotorua was willing to have a look at short notice. Called this kind gentleman at late afternoon and he didn't hesitate to offer his help. He came a short while after and sorted the issue shortly after. He was friendly, and very helpful, his work was done well and I would recommend him to my friends who get stuck with a me car problem. Thank you for your help.

Outstanding service and super friendly! Jock helped us at the last minute and basically saved our road trip. He fixed the car quickly and made it so we wouldn't have the same issue. Awesome to deal with and reasonable price. Thanks heaps Jock. :)

Amazing !!!! Doesn't even come close to explain this service. Jock was fantastic, arrived for a call out, at short notice and on time. His service was professional, friendly and above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave it to me straight and in English not technical car speak. Gave me options to repair the car or sell it for parts, even helped me look for available cars to buy.Honestly, I'm from out of town, am recommending to all my family and friends in Rotorua. So very much impressed. Thank you Jock

We broke down on our way to Whakatane. Would have saved $$ had I called Jock first. Jock did 2 trips... the 2nd being an after hours run to source and replace the airflow meter.He was professional, confident and pleasant to deal with. We managed to get to Tolaga bay that night without having to endure a night in a motel and the time wasted to get us up and running.Thank you Jock for your professional service and saving us a heap of time and money. Service, cost and personability... 10/10

Outstanding service! Considering it was the weekend, Jock was able to come over, assessed my car, order a part at short notice because of the weekend, after finding out my car needed another part he had that organised first thing the next morning & had our family van up and running in no time. Thank you Jock! Affordable, excellent customer service, great communication & the best part it is all done at your home. Highly recommended! Very happy customer.

Car wouldnt start came over qouted within the day and fixed, also came across a leaky radiator and qouted and replaced it within 2 days amazing customer service will definitely be calling again if i have car problems
