Bp moorehouse has such great customer service :) they ladies n gents behind the counter are so nice and very helpful. if needed of a bit of caffeine belindah is the lady to ask for to make yah a bloody great coffee definitely best of the best. Belindah always has friendly service and his really great at handling my gas and in store purchases. :))

Terrible customer service. Asian lady locked up petrol pump so I couldn't fuel my car with the app. Then went to put it in manually and pump locked. Entered store to ask her to put pump on and she said you do drive off

This is one of the best BP fuel stops I have seen. Full station. That in the sense, offer 91, 95,98 petrol and Diesel, free air (fill tyres), a car wash, a mini supermarket and a Wild Bean Cafe. Inside you have got an ANZ ATM. They have seating inside to enjoy ur coffee or snack/food. They have got phone charger cables too. Customer toilets available. This comes one of the best to me. But, if the customer service is a bit improved, it would have been a much better store. The ratings overall by all sits low (around 3 stars), should be a concern.

9:30am Saturday morning, 1 of 3 customers in store, on my latest visit to this BP/Wildbean Cafe store, 3rd visit to date and this experience is as mediocre as the prior 2 visits when it comes to service and coffee quality & request. Requested a flat white with heated milk, no foam (as a flat white is supposed to be made) however once received I checked for foam - obviously allowing for that thin layer of foam on top that can’t be avoided - but unfortunately my flat white coffee was just over half full in total!, so let’s just call it the “new” ‘half flat white’. Oh well these things happen, mistakes are made and seem to be well in play at this Wild West Cafe, 3rd time unlucky!
