Beware! Arranged for my car to be cleaned a week in advance. Dropped my car at 8 am for the 3 hour Auction Clean as agreed on the phone. Arranged to pick up at 12.30 - 1 pm. Arrived at 1 pm to find my car wasn't there. Was asked to come back in an hour by the cleaners who had no recollection of it. Waited for half an hour until the boss returned with it to find that it had only been to the car wash. He said they were busy. Didn't leave it to be cleaned. Disappointed and a waste of time. I would give this zero stars, but it won't let me post without at least one!
