The Clubhouse Cafe
My wife held her 40th at the Clubhouse Cafe and I highly recommend the venue and the host, Mark. From the early planning, on the night and the next day, we were impressed with his professionalism, support and how easy he was to work with. He and his staff on the night added to the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with the cheerful manner in which they hosted our guests. The Grazing table he created was wonderful and a good price. I do not hesitate one bit in recommending Mark and the venue for any functions.

The Clubhouse Cafe
I am visiting from central Auckland, where the cafe scene is prominent. Our organisation (Amputee and Disability Golf) held our 2020 tournament at Waimari GC over the last week. The quality and service from Mark and the staff was outstanding. Far superior to any experience I have had in Auckland. Dare I say the reputation for best cafe will no longer exist for Auckland.I was blown away with the homemade pies, which reminded me of the pies I had as a kid. Our first round snack was a sumptuous platter where the quantity and quality was supurb.The buffet dinner was absolutely delightful with 2 cuts of meat and a great selection of sides. This was followed by a fabulous trio of dessert. Everyone left satisfied and most impressed. Thanks to Mark for looking after us especially with the special touches like the personalized menus!

Good food and a great view, nice place to chill out have a tasty breakfast, had the big breakfast and the eggs royale with a side of hash browns and bacon. All fantastic, was a quite day on the course so peace view.

Loaded wedges could have been a bit warmer, but very nice to eat, would be better on a dinner plate than in a bowl styled plate,The hot choc was Luke warm

Jowett Car Club Christchuch Branch came to The Clubhouse Cafe (pre booked) for afternoon tea.Tables were set out for us (20 plus people).Excellent service and suggestions from the cafe ladies and good choices of food.Prices very reasonable.I didn't get a chance to thank the person I organized our club event with as they were very busy as we left.We thankyou here.

Oct 2 We celebrated my coming of age, getting my Super Gold CardFrom the first meeting with Mark, he was very helpful accommodating and made everything easy.On the night we were more than happy way it was all arranged.A Great Venue, from the cost of hire , the fantastic food and alcohol pricesWe would highly recommend The Clubhouse Cafe and Mark and his TeamJust beware when you are outside having a smoke, the sprinklers come on about 10 o'clockThanks again Mark and TeamCheers Paul Meenhorst

We were there for lunch as a big group today. We preordered our food off the menu and this made the serving of the meal straight forward and timely. Lots to choose from, generous portions and a great range of cabinet food for those who choose not to order from the menu. Thanks to the staff.

We organised a private function here, it ended up a superb evening. Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with over the weeks, finalising plans that were executed exactly as I'd wished. My ideas along with Marks experience and expertise were a winning combination. Our guests were all very happy with the evening meal, the hard work and dedication of Mark and the team in keeping us well looked after during the evening. I can't speak highly enough of Mark, so very accommodating and easy to work with. The clubrooms is a wonderful venue to hire. Highly recommended, we would without hesitation host any further get-togethers here, casual or fancy. I often call in with friends or family for every-day coffees or lunches also, its relaxed, friendly and a superb setting with a fabulous view.

We come here a lot for brunch, lunch or a drink in the afternoon. It is so lovely to sit outside in the summer or during the winter its a cozy atmosphere inside. The staff are so lovely and friendly!The food is AMAZING and there is so much to chose from. My husband thinks the burgers are fantastic. Other favourites are the Wedges, Eggs Royale, Beef Nachos, Sweetcorn Fritters and the chips are the best in town! The baking is also incredible - carrot cake is my favourite. It is so nice to have somewhere local with such great service, atmosphere, delicious food and great prices.

We hosted our businesses third birthday party, a private function, at the Clubhouse Cafe, and it was absolutely amazing! Mark Belton, Bar Cafe & Function Manager, was so hospitable, accommodating and amazing from the moment we met, and throughout the whole event. He was so helpful and seemed happy to accommodate all of our needs and requirements for the party. We had about 140 guests, and Mark arranged a fantastic grazing platter for our food and put on some great drink specials for our guests, too. It was really easy for us to get our decorators in to decorate during the day, they had everything there that our bands needed, and on top of this the facilities themselves for just perfect for our party. We were so happy with everything and our guests had the best time. From the venue hire, costs of the food and alcohol, through to service, delivery and execution, we were beyond thrilled. Thank you so much to Mark and the team! Lisa, Move it Mama.
