Very professional but easy going in regards of understanding what you want and any special features you want too.I must admit we did submit late and they managed to get everything done for my mums unveiling. Awesome team and the work they did on my Mums headstone as well as touch ups on my Dads headstone was amazing. She kept us informed throughout the process and made sure that quality was never compromised. When it came to designing the headstone, Debbie and Peter patiently worked with us to finalize a design that incorporated our preferences, including Chinese text and specific font types.The finished product is a stunning double-size headstone featuring gold writing, a combination of English and Chinese characters, a beautiful bamboo design arranged by Debbie, and an incense bowl. The installation process was flawless, and they even added a concrete base to ensure that the headstone sits level. It is also worth noting that they delivered on time before my fathers anniversary.Debbie and Peter have gone the extra mile by keeping my mother's details and preferences on file, providing us with peace of mind knowing that the design and word styling will be consistent when the time comes.I am truly grateful to the Parkinson and Bouskill team for their outstanding service and support during this difficult time.
