Very unfriendly, unwelcoming staff who were on their phones. Wanted to order a juice (considering it is a fresh juice shop), 30 minutes before closing but as they had already 'cleaned their juicer' they were not willing to make me a juice which was very frustrating. If you're wanting a juice from Mt Eden, don't trust their opening hours as kids like to clock off early apparently.

This shop is understaffed. I feel for the young lady who is slammed with Uber orders but is the only person there. You wait an age to be served and then wait another age to get your order. Food is standard Tank, just need help at peak times.

Cancelled uber eats order after waiting 25mins for it, why offer the service if you can't send it. This happened twice in one day and then again the next day. Suggest you close your Uber Eats option?

I had to wait 20 mins for a smoothie and wrap as they were understaffed. The smoothie was so thick I couldn't drink it and they gave me the wrong wrap. I went back to change it and they gave me another wrong wrap. Not happy

Good place and friendly staff. Went in for a wrap today at 4:30, they close at 6:00. The salad bar was closed and it looked like the restaurant was shut down. If you want food, go a few hours before closing otherwise it’s just juice.

Rude staff, slow and poor service.Got my order wrong, and when I questioned it the staff offered no solution, after a 20 minute wait with only 1 person in front of me with a small order. Train your staff in customer service - end of the day it’s hospitality, service is what it’s all about, if your staff don’t want to be here tell them to get a new job where they don’t have to deal with customers.

I love my Thai Beef Salad Wraps from TANK, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy my wrap. The beef was really chewy and gristly which made it unpleasant to eat. I recommend that you do cut off these bits of the meat. It makes all the difference. Especially when I paid $16 for it adding an extra salad item.

Great friendly service. Didn't catch the name of the 2 staff on, but they filled all orders efficiently and were helpful with sorting us out. Great store, really clean. Definitely coming back for more visits in the future.

Good juice but worst customer service they talk to you like you are their slave. I said hi with a smile. Two other customers were saying why does he look so angry and under stress? I work in customer service industry for the last 15years. if I had his attitude I could've been fired from work already.
