Marcus, Jim and the team were fantastic! They're very friendly and I have always left their garage happy and satisfied with what they have done to my car! They do what's best for the vehicle and are great at what they do.

Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago for WOF check. Was advised it will take approx half an hour if I come in the morning at 8am. Came today at 8am. There only one worker with another apprentice. They moved my car to another shop at the back for WOF. I waited for 1 and half hours then was told it would take at least another 1 hour. It turned out the WOF check hasn't started yet. Spent nearly two hours with nothing done with them.Very bad experience:1) poor customer services - bad attitude, invalid communications;2) Unable to deliver promises;3) No sitting place for customers in reception4) Waste of my time :-(PS: The shop engaged with a door -knocking guy, visiting neighbours sweettalking sales of vouchers - with dodgy promises and misleading statements - untrustworthy! Don't buy them!

Had an emergency issue with my car at 4pm of a Friday! Rang the branch and Marcus had a look to quickly fix so my car was at least secure for the wknd ahead. Top dude for helping me out on the spot! Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant team who were geniune, up front with pricing, did great work and were spot on with time of completion. I would highly recommend Jim and Marcus for all your vechile servicing requirements they take care of all my families vehicles. It was my first time going to them and I am very happy.They also take the time to give sound advice in order to make sure your car is in it's best possible condition.

Jim was fantastic. Lovely guy and very very knowledgeable and patient. I was looking for a muffler to give me a nice deep rumble sound and he was spot on with his recommendation of the RPS muffler and the 3 inch piping. There were a few reviews on the RPS muffler saying they were no good that is not true my exhaust sounds amazing everyone I drive past says wow where did you get that done. So can honestly say anyone looking for a really good service deal with Jim at pitstop Wairau Road, Glenfield he is a great guy!

The brakes were feeling spongy and unresponsive so I was looking for a cost-effective place to get it sorted out. I am so grateful for Marcus and the team for their diligence and expertise handling my little red Mazda. Sorted the problem in one visit and didn't cost a fortune. Cheers team!

Jim & Marcus do pretty much all the repairs for my Holden (service/wof/repairs) and I really like their service. They are very friendly and don't make people like me feel stupid for not knowing much about cars and it's maintenance. They always explain what was wrong with it and what they did in simple English :-). Always happy to take my car in whenever I need them to and fix it up within a day for me. Their pricing is very decent and you go home knowing you are safe to drive your car on the road.Thank you both for your amazing service and keep up the good work. bought my 2007 impreza in to get the exhaust done, i met jim and told him i was looking for a deep loud grunty sounds he was the funniest guy ever and so easy to get along with. got the car back in less than half a day. i couldn’t be more happy with the results thank you so much

Marcus was my hero today! I called at 8am, the week before Christmas, they are super busy and closing on Thursday… to ask if someone could please look at my car which was making a weird noise and I wanted to make sure it is safe before heading away for holidays! Not only did he fit it in to inspect it (and solve one part of the weird noise puzzle, a rogue piece of plastic rubbing against the wheel) this morning at 8am, by 630pm same day he had fully replaced the wheel bearing (which was rusted together btw, what a nightmare) and kept me up to date the whole time, fully transparent about pricing and process throughout the day. This is the kind of mechanic and service you have always wanted. Incredibly fair pricing too! I will be a return customer for sure, thank you Marcus and Pit Stop Glenfield!
