Had an issue with these guys regarding missing parts; although we didn't see eye to eye regarding the issue, they did come to the party and retract their callout fee. A good outcome for both parties I think

Amazing service, fast, reliable, helpful and friendly.We had a shower installed - the shower liner we had provided ourselves didnt fit due to the walls being out. So GSI organised a custom liner, collected it and then came back to install for us all within a week or so.Nothing seemed difficult for them, communication was amazing etc.Thanks again :)

Highly recommended - Rob has great workmanship and attention to detail. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with and are happy to explain everything in detail. They organised everything including the Plumber and found solutions for our tricky shower sizes. I went from feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start to overjoyed at finding GSI! We can relax now knowing our showers are going to last for a good long time!

WOW WOW WOW. We are so so please with our shower installations (2) and vanity installation.. Rob is a professional with integrity and honestly. Warning.. he is a perfectionist. If there's a problem...he has a solution. It was a worry free experience. Highly recommended if you want the best
