Real nice people,went there with a damaged rear panel,just to enquire about getting it knocked into shape(after backing into a fence) and badly scuffed paintwork.The lady behind the counter was very helpful, and went and found someone to help me straight away, the gentleman who came out looked at it and took it straight in the workshop,less than 10 mins later I was driving away with an almost brand new looking back on the car,plus no scuff marks, and no charge,plus advise on getting scratch marks touched up.This is not the first time I'd been there and cannot recommend them highly enough.What more can one say,but thanks guys,and gals,really great service,cannot thank them enough.

Masking tape not removed, some random bolts left on the floor of the car, a super sticky piece of tape left on the rear window that left some hard to remove residue and finally not even a reply to the email enquiring what was this mess about.

I can recommend Smith & Boyle for being unbelievably helpful and honest, which resulted in them fixing my car without having to proceed with my insurance claim. Have done a fabulous job on my car. It was just a smaller job on the bumper but it looks immaculate and they cleaned the entire exterior and even polished the tyres. Could not recommended enough and were super friendly. Will be back if I ever need any more work done.

The work itself was great. There is some overspray left on the black plastics where they had painted which I know having worked in a panel shop is difficult to remove. Was guttered to hear from the gentleman who came out to fix some overspray on the window, that in his words “the guys wouldn’t have put much effort into it” because of the model of my car. His attitude was condescending and dismissive, and I am concerned if the workmanship/attitude is based solely on the model of car they are working on. It’s disappointing he feels it’s acceptable to talk to customers in that manner about the “value” of their cars.What is the point in taking on job if they don’t feel it’s worth their time?

Excellent professional service and work place. Went above and beyond all the other Panel Shops we encountered to deliver the best result in the shortest time frame with attention to detail. Well done team. Very impressed with the friendly, helpful service. Thanks again.
