The cafes in the lounges need to have price lists for the food&beverages they are selling, as well as what the pie flavours are, etc. Had many people also complain about the prices, ie/ $6.00 for a cold crusty pie. $4.00 for a small cup of tea., $3.00 for a small bag of chips. Had to explain that I was contracted for security&for them to take it up with the catering company.

A great day of racing. We loved the atmosphere. And occassion. TeRapa race course was very run down, the food options and catering had a lot to be desired, very little options and the ones there were unable to supply what we wished to order even though it was on their menu board. the toilet facilities were less than acceptable for a venue given such an auspicious event.

The nursing staff was great. However waiting outside was chaotic, freezing and time for the vac unacceptable . An hours wait from time allocated for a 79 yrs old unpleasant.

Parking was hard work and ended up getting dropped off at the gate. Maybe if possible, some seating for us who are waiting for others (who are hunting a park) to sit on at the gate?
