Similar feedback as the below - item ordered was unavailable and no response to 4 emails, 2 FB messages, and a voicemail, all while they are active online. Something must have really hit the fan for these guys as they have been good in the past. Please process my refund and respond to messages.

I have purchased many times from your online store over the last 2 years (as I live down in Chch). I have purchased clothing, candles, jewelry, crystals and more. I always receive nice little gifts inside my parcels and breakables are very carefully wrapped, which shows they care about their customers. Shipping is fast. The product range is a delight to look through and is always being updated with new stock. One day I hope to visit the store in person ^-^

What a joke. My daughter purchased a couple of items off the website and its been over 2 weeks with no contact and no items. She has messaged numerous times with no response. They have stated via Facebook that there are some issues going on behind the scenes so they cant fulfill orders, yet they have time to load new stock, make posts on FB and have a sale all while ignoring my daughters refund requests. Yes her order was not a lot of money but to her it is. After an extremely tough year she got her first job and wanted to treat herself but is now completely disheartened by this experience. All she wants is her money back and as you have well exceded the shipping time frame she is entitled to it. Please reply to messages because this is really not good enough.

I will absolutely remove this review if someone gets back to me, but as others have said I am still waiting on my order. Have always had the best experience with this store until now. I bought something I needed at the time but it’s been 10 days now with no replies to emails or messenger. I just want to know when what I ordered will arrive. I hate to hear they’re going through personal issues but I bought things to support them after reading they would be back on track soon and would really like a reply.

Sadly won't shop here again. Have been buying for a few years - used to be super good service, that has now slipped. There has been stuff going on behind the scenes- so close the online store, stop posting memes and catch up on orders. I ordered 12th of June, was partially refunded on the 17th of July after 3 emails and 2 messages. Was sent the item anyway - but it's shop soiled. The dye has a broken seal with leaked dye out the side, that clearly happened before transit as the bubblewrap was dry. Insulting.

Purchased from this place for 5 yrs + but the last two orders ratshit! Delayed postage over a month on my last & final purchase, lack of communication to the point I had given up on receiving my order at all, was told there would be some goodies included due to the delay $2 shop junk! As for the item I ordered it's still in its box as it's tacky & cheap!!
