The travel agent was so uninterested and completely unreliable. Took 3 weeks to get back to me after persistently trying to get in contact as we needed to book. Really would not recommend. Don't know why I didn't try another agent but have found other ones in Whangarei who are much more helpful now.

Horrible service. Although the lady did what was asked, she was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Two bad traits for a customer service rep. Never coming back.

I requested airfares from Whangarei to Brisbane, the woman told me Air New Zealand didn't have what I wanted, I gave my travel dates and she never called back.Always had Cam book my flights years ago, he was excellent. Finally booked my flights myself on the Air New Zealand app...easy peasy.
