The $10 that you might save or free modem on their plan is not worth the frustration that comes with their extremely poor customer service. They are impossible to get a hold of and I've been attempting it for three weeks now. I temporally was connected with someone on the chat bot, they sent me a basic link and then disconnected me. I'm yet to get internet and they're billing me. If you see this My Republic please get in touch and I'll be happy to remove this review.

Really just terrible from the get go. Very hard to get hold of when you have issues, they keep pushing you to an online chat that literally cuts you off constantly, sending you in an endless loop of explaining yourself to various different people and receiving no resolution. If you contact via email they will say they have no record of your name or email in the system even though you've been a paying customer under your name and email for months. You cannot call. So you end up with no way to contact them, at all.

I dreaded the move to MyRepublicNZ given the reviews here and other tech forums but I had no choice as my old ISP would not offer HyperFibre. I took the leap and the transition was not seamless - however, the service people behind the chats had the positive dogged attitude to resolve my issues - hence the 5 stars.

Modem arrived in 2 working days and new internet was enabled 2 days later. Setting it up was easy and without problems. Internet speed is great and small problem I had with setting was resolved via support chat in few minutes. Very happy.

I'm going to put this rating based on the services I received after reaching out to the fb page for a complaint.The quick and efficient response I received after making contact through them was surplus to my expectations.The service I received after expressing my concerns and difficulties was the best I've received from a provider in general. My republic has got its down falls but it also has some amazing employees that put my faith back into them as a provider and the way it was handled once I was able to make contact with the right avenues was spot on.Very pleased with the outcome once I was put in the right hands.

Worst internet company in history. I had my service cut off for a $3 overdue amount and I can’t even pay it online. They’ve said I have to wait 2-3 days for it to process.Edit: they did ultimately help with my issue, but this is the 3rd time I’ve needed their help and they have made it as hard as possible.Not having a number to call is the hardest thing ever when you have a technological issue. Many of us require the internet to run our homes, businesses etc.Although the internet connection is good, the stress when something goes wrong is not worth the trade off for me.

Great provider, cheap and great service. I will admit that my data can get slow sometimes and it cuts out where other providers won’t cut out. I think once they expand it’ll be one if not the best provider in New Zealand.

Highly recommend for the best mobile deal in New Zealand has everything a single person needs an wants for $25 dollars a month.Unlimited data calls & texts.The only issue would be the speed of loading some pages but that's hardly an issue considering the price.
