Super quick communication, I had a reply to my email within a day and the booking was made for within a week.The two guys turned up on time, and were friendly, quick and tidy.Cost was reasonable and I was given the option of being able to pay via internet banking or with cash.It's so good to have the heat pump working properly again, especially right in the middle of summer, amazing what a difference it made!Will definitely be using Heat Pump Cleaning Specialists again and recommend to others.

We got our Sayr ventilation system filter change and service done by Heat Pump Cleaning Specialists, and the service is excellent.Good communication through email, shows up on time, does a great job, and the price is very reasonable, Highly recommended!

Great communication, turned up on time and even txted 20mins prior to arrival which was appreciated. Was very clean and tidy and respected our home.I was suprised at the colour of the water that was washed out of the filters! Would use again.

We used these guys twice since 2020, the first time they came and serviced our heat pumps they did a good job and we can actually tell the difference straight away and the ACs all functioned better, the second time (8 months ago) we asked them to do the same job again without having to repeat instructions since they have already done it before .They however didn’t clean any of our ducted ac ceiling filters and none of the acs were cooling or heating very well, we didn’t find out till 8 months later when I had a tech come check another issue.When i called them to come and clean it properly, the excuses started. they first said “ of course it’s dirty it’s been 8 months” and tried to back out of it. After sending them a photo and providing them with the tech feedback; they claimed that we didn’t explicitly ask them to clean the filters.We trusted them to do their job because they are the “Specialists”, and they’ve already done it before they took advantage of our trust and did a terrible job.Don’t use them.* response*Their response goes to show their level of professionalism. But to give context to others who may be considering this business . I hired this guy after he cold called me a few times, it’s idiotic to claim that I’m the one trying to scam him, after using him twice. They did a bad job and didn’t own up to it or even offer to come back and fix it for a price.
