Excellent martial arts school. Grant is patient, friendly and deeply knowledgeable in martial arts. The teaching approach is pragmatic- with a strong emphasis on practical applications and the science behind techniques (Grant is very clear in his instruction). The classes (ranging from kids to adults) are very well managed - discipline and safety is always ensured. The black belts conducting-supporting the classes are patient and encouraging while maintaining good standards from trainees. My son thoroughly enjoyed the classes and would make it a point to regularly attend classes (even when extremely busy or tired). The classes helped him develop mental toughness, self-confidence, and discipline. Recommended!
