Highly recommended service for German Cars. I took my BMW for service and it was a good experience in terms of service and the mechanical service. All the details were provided to me and everything was quite transparent.

Highly professional mechanics who found the cause of a long term electrical fault I had with my car that auto-electricians could not find. They've also done other work on my car since then, always to a high standard and with reasonable pricing.

Very worst service... I enquired to fix the timing chain in my bmw320i.. initially they promised they can do it .the next day I was calling them to know when to leave the car..the drama started...the guy in phone started saying they don't have space need to make some space to leave the car. Waited till next day and tried calling them no answer for 6 calls from morning till noon. Answered the 7th call and again saying they can't arrange space you can check with someother workshop...if this is the case then why did they said initially, they can fix it. Wasted my time for nearly two days... not at all professional..

The man that is running the show is Abhi Singh you guys won’t be upset he can beat the price and give you the best Service. The boys that work on the cars they have a lot of knowledge and experience with Europe cars so you won’t be waiting for you car for to long they will fix it supper fast. The parts they use are 100% great.

Unbelievable this company is allowed to operate. The owner is deceitful and rude. Prestige had my vehicle for couple days for repairs, when I went to collect vehicle I was told it was out on test drive and won't be back for 4 hours. When I finally got my car back the following day surprisingly 309 kms had been racked up. When i questioned the owner about extra mileage he started speaking in his language and gave me overpriced invoice and demanded payment

Very happy with the service. Had a faulty ABS module on my Mercedes which the dealer said costs $3.5k to repair. Prestige were able to repair this unit for a fraction of the cost. Also got a spare remote key reprogrammed for a good price. They were also kind enough to loan me a car whilst awaiting the repair.

My Mercedes was diagnosed with an ELS fault after the steering lock failed. I wasn't impressed with the estimate of up to $3,500 to repair it. A friend told me about Prestige Motors... long story short the component was able to be repaired by them and not replaced by the others. A very nice job at less than a third of the price. Very professional service done on time with great communication.

I have used this garage for awhile and aside from staff getting my number to personally contact me outside of work hours & using my car to commute back and forwards from home to work as the “test drive”, their prices were good & the work on my car was fine.Last month I took my car to get the brakes fixed, they put the wrong brake pads in so I had to take it back. They offered to change them for free and no problems. Although they claimed they couldn’t hear any noise from the brakes when they were tremendously loud.Over the last week my car had been making a terrible noise like my wheel was going to fall off, when I checked the wheel bolts I could tighten them with my hands!When I rang them to complain & let them know of their mistake they had nothing to say, complete silence. I had to ask for an apology.I’m very grateful I wasn’t in an accident & recognised the issue before it was to late but I would advise not to go there if a mistake like this can be made.

Take my Mercedes and Audi cars here and they have always looked after me for the last 5 years. Never disappointed but always been better then these other workshops.Deal with Abhi and he always takes care of mine and my family cars. 100% recommend.
