Havent shopped here for ages, I live further away now. As always friendly staff, some good bargains. But was disappointed that i had to join yet another club to get the specials. Im a customer, I've come in, just give the discount. Why waste my time and divide your customers. Some people don't want to give their details out just to buy veggies. I suggest a loyalty card instead. I just needed a few vege for tea and I was over your way. Sorry its put me off coming back.

I started shopping here thinking that there were some very good specials only to discover that much of the time, the prices were low because the fruit and vegetables were almost spoiled. That can be forgiven though, and I guess you should sometimes expect inferior quality for lower prices.I give it a one star however because of the atrocious customer service. We made an order online a short while ago and, the delivery never came. We messaged the store and were given the worst customer service we’ve had in years. Rachel didn’t bother to apologise and told us to ask our neighbours if they had taken our fruit and vegetables. When I explained that there are 25 units in our apartment block, and asked which neighbours we should ask, she said not all of them, just the ones who had our vegetables. We asked for a refund and said we would shop somewhere else in future.If you like the experience of having your vegetables delivered to your neighbourhood, and then being told to go on a treasure hunt, buy your fruit and vegetables here.Alternatively, find a fruit and veggie shop that doesn’t treat you like that and save yourself a headache.

Love shopping for fruit and vegetables here. Prices are cheap, produce is fresh and all of the staff is lovely. Last week I was attended by Jules and she was extra nice to me and the clients before and after me, that really made my day.

F P is always my go-to place for fresh seasonal well-priced produce. Being a member is a real advantage and saves me lots over the year. Staff always cheerful and helpful.

Went here for rtge first time ever today and the staff were so nice and helpful. The food was well set out and lots of range and great value.

10 Years ago, I shopped here and they were absolute poo. NOT SO NOW! Now, they have friendly staff, beautiful fruit and veg (and more), and a really awesome click and collect service that is both FREE and QUICK! Unlike any of the local supermarkets, you order online, pickup in 2 hours (or tomorrow etc if you prefer), you don't wait in line, you don't waitt for help, the box with your order is on the shelf ready and you can grab it, confirm with staff, and go. And that box is re-used (eg a banana box) so totally eco-friendly. No Supermarket has a process that quick and easy for lunchtime pickups, let alone eco-friendly. AND, the staff actually read what you write in your order (if you say you want LARGE sweetcorn, that is what you get). I really hated this company when I first tried them so there's no way I'd be writing this if I wasn't certain they have turned things around big time and consistently. They HAVE. And I can confidently advise any other locals to try their products and click and collect (or delivery) because Funky Pumpkin really ticks all the boxes now.

Rude staff, put me off and I left without spending a cent. Think twice before you discriminate against other people, lest you become the victim and nobody will speak for you. Plenty of other suppliers around. Wont be coming back here.

I shop at the Funky Pumpkin every week. The staff are lovely and friendly, always have a smile. I love that they have produce that isn't perfect to look at, but fresh and delicious. We know that the supermarkets all rip us off, I'm glad to buy from a NZ owned and operated shop. They always have great prices and lots of specials.

A regular spot for me to pick up produce! Always stocked with low-priced in season fruits and veggies and super convenient to town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, too!
