Was told the kids space talk adventurer watch was stuffed, throw it out or pay 85 bux to have it sent away and if it can be fixed 220 bux....took it to qtown,they changed the Sim reset it and away it goes

Our business landline been cut off for a week, we cannot receive calls either call out. We contacted Spark more than 5 times because this is a very urgent issue for a business. However, they only sent one technician came but couldn't fix the problem. The technician said he needs to pass to another person who is expert on this part, but no one comes back again. Our landline had no any problems in past 5 years. All of sudden the issue comes is because Spark forces us to change to fiber. Then they just ignore to fix the problem. This is how the service they provided.

Went in to get a replacement cable for our WIFI box, expecting that they wouldn't sell without modem. They pulled out a few different recycled cables and sent me home with the right one, at no cost. Very smiley staff for 5 PM so 5 stars.

Service depends to whom you speak.First older guy was very helpful but told us that we have to buy a new SIM card for a new traveller plan.The very nice woman we talked to afterwards told us that we also can top up our current plan with the new Information, means: we were able to keep our current number.So in summary: good service but be sure what you want before

Went into get a phone for my mum, (she in a dementia ward in a care home) so she could use alexa. So only needed a basic phone because she can't use most of the functions.The assistant tried to sell a more expensive model like with 4 camera and who knows what else, not needed.I asked about getting the plan changed to better suit my mums needs. Was told you can do that online.I've had much better service in Christchurch where I'm from.Not recommended!!!!!
