Hopeless service, did not even honor their contract (even when shown it). Had to go find another Noel Leeming with better staff. Don't recommend and won't be shopping at Papanui for any future purchases.Thank you Krishna for your friendly helpful service the next day, situation resolved. But won’t be shopping at Papanui branch.

I popped in at lunchtime today to ask if someone could put my new glass screen protector on my phone. The technician who normally does this was away but a lovely young man kindly helped me. He put so much care and effort into making sure it was done super well. I really was appreciative as this job makes me very nervous. Thank you to Nikki.

Great shopping experience for electronic goods. Staff are helpful, approachable, and not intrusive.

Went here last week for a computer issue and the young man who served me was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I also wanted to buy some chargers and he was helpful without being pushy, just the way a good sales service person should be. Would highly recommend for friendly and knowledgeable service, and good quality products.

Staff member was lovely. Approached me after only a minute or two so I didn't have to look for anyone. I knew what I wanted but she was still happy to answer any questions. Helped me navigate the purchase with a Pezzy card.

Happy enough to take your money with a purchase... but totally unwilling to provide any after sales service!After 21 attempts to call the store to have a delivery/install completed and having no-one bother to answer the phone I'm done... never again!Sorry Noel Leeming - you entire chain has lost a customer due to the failures at this one store - if I had read previous reviews and seen the number of 1 star ones I might not have even bothered in the first place.

Thanks Mark for all your valued information about sound-bars & Bluetooth speakers for my TVs. Mark seemed to have way more knowledge in Audio than 2 other stores I had Recently visited. When there is a good sale on Audio next we will pay Mark a visit. Five Star Review also to Robyn & Nikki, who sold us recently a 48 inch Oled Tv. The guys at Northlink are welcoming & very knowledgeable & strive towards getting you the best bang for your buck. Enjoyed our experience overall at Noel Leemings. They have awesome deals & we we have never had a return. Will review on the TVs & Soundbar at a later date.

Just been to this branch and was amazed by horrible attitude of Hugh, one of the sales team. I don't know whether it was because of me not being a white person or its just his pathetic attitude towards his job. I went to get some cable for a hard drive. His answer with a cold tone and no eye contact was to go to PB Tech as they don't have one. I asked the question whether there was any PB tech nearby. Thank you for pointing out at branches in CBD and Main South road. However, dear Hugh! when a customer asks another question about any nearest branch, from the Sales 'person' they don't want exact repetitive answer with a bad tone. And when I asked you whether you can connect me to Riccarton branch, you straight away 'assumed' that I am asking about the cable. However, if you would have used some of your customer service skills, you won't judge customers and would not 'again' just repeat yourself.Personally I am amused but when I think of a person like you at the counter, good luck to people dealing with you!I am writing this review just in case, someone else can relate to this too and not all customers with horrible experience speak up.Kia ora!
