Tight Lines
Sent Leatherman wave+ to get repaired, called before sending off to check repair times and was told can be up to two weeks but usually a few days. Two days after sending it off I received a package and to my surprise it wasn't the tool with replaced part, but a brand new one! Awesome service from a great team

I spoke to Helen twice and she was very helpful to me. First call was a great service. Second time I called regarding my other order, she told me she will give me a callback the next morning to give me an update as the person assigned to my order already left the office regarding tand she indeed call me back and happily gave an update to ease my worries about my order. Five stars is not enough for her great customer service skills. Giving assurance to customers is what she's good at. Thank you Helen.She's a great asset to the company. Hope to have more of like Helen attitude in giving a great customer service.

Needed to get my Leatherman Crunch repaired as it is the best tool I've ever owned, but has suffered a LOT of wear and tear.Took it into Tight Lines and they happily replaced it under warranty for free!Best customer service I've experienced in years.Thank you so much! My Crunch has gotten me out of trouble so many times I'd be lost without it.
