Left CBD early to get tests- no lab in the whole CBD- get there just before closing, horrible woman refuses to test me because she closed early, I show her my phone time to prove it, she couldn’t care a less, there was only 1 person in there I’ve tried 3 places now,Pt Chev manager - rude, dispicable behaviour- get a job where service to patients isn’t required.

Quick and friendly. No wait at all. The nurse explained what was happening (when she had to switch the arm she was going to take the test from). All good no bruising. Parking across the road (supermarket) so need to know the area.

I'm not great with needles and a like, but Sonu there made me feel at ease. Very friendly and professional. Quick and 'painless' experience. What was I worried about. Thanks Labtest Point Chev, I've already recommended you guys to my friends. 5 stars!!!

Timing is everything, but I've never had to wait more than 10min at the Pt Chev clinic, most times I'm able to go straight through - the team are very organised, swift and kind. Walk in, take a ticket from the desk, sit and wait (briefly). Covid protocols have been solid and I felt very safe throughout.
