Elloughton provides excellent care for my mother keeping me up to date on anything related to her care and wellbeing. Despite being completely immobile she is always looking beautiful as they make sure her hair is done. I am in another city and have complete confidence that all of her needs are met

My stepfather is in this place and he is dying in pain and is being neglected. They have not even called a doctor. The lack of care he has received is appalling and you would not neglect an animal this way. I believe it needs to be investigated by the ministry of health. Shame on all of you and especially those in charge. It may look nice but the lack of card is simply appalling..
