Not happy with my last purchase. Very different prices in-store and online, had to pay almost $35 more in-store for the item than the online price.

I won't shop at Pagani again. They don't answer their phone it's kept in the cupboard. I phoned several times to no avail. Eventually I got an answer. Problem never sorted for 2 weeks then I had to phone again. All to do with an item that they didn't have my size.No refunds too. It sucks.

Friendly, attentive and helpful staffs in store. However, be aware that all their branches do not provide refund for faulty items that was ordered online and pick up in store. Instead, it will be put into their store gift card even though item never left their store.

Always wonderful customer service and very willing to help recommend new outfits to try. Prices are sometimes steep but the clothes are excellent quality.

Buyer beware! Pathetic service. My wife bought a whole lot of clothes. One item was too small and not fit for purpose, store refused to take it back. Beware of their return policy that is not clearly shown.

I hadn't been into pagani for years because I remember it used to be over the top sparkly thing which isn't really my style. I was very pleasantly surprised that they have some lovely modern dresses, great for formal occasions t reasonable prices. They seem to be made well and I tried on a few that I thought looked really nice on. But I only needed one for my formal event, managed to find one in 10 mins (very rare for me).

I always see a girl who works there full time, I don’t know her name but she is the nicest and funniest sales person ever. You can definitely talk to her like a friend and she’ll give you an honest opinion about the clothes you try on. I hope that when I pay this shop another visit that she will be there. You go girl!

Received amazing service on Boxing Day from this team! It was the only store I walked into that had great customer service and made me feel cared for! Even though it was hectic in the store you still felt important! I appreciate the girl who helped me in all black, she was tall, had her hair in a bun and she was wearing a dress. She made sure I got what I wanted and never forgot about me despite her other customers. Best customer service I have ever received.

Visited on 08/10/22 staff were friendly and helped me check for an item in a different size. Alison rang me up and she was really nice and friendly chatting to me which was a nice change in retail at the moment, would go back again!

Fantastic shopping trip in this store today.The young lady helping was great - chatty, knew her stuff all the while smiling.Great little store - well maintained, clean and tidy.
