I have rented VR headsets twice now from Graham and both times the overall experience has been great.Communication is exellent - from finding out about the rental in advance - what games there are, how to use them, help with what cables or other technology you might want to use or add on to enhance the VR hire to the rental process itself and the returns.Everything has been made easy to use the tech. All the bits are clearly labelled and come securely packaged, return is easy too with the courier label included and prepaid, so just requires dropping to a local post shop. Most importantly the VR sets are fun to use! Suitable for kids and adults alike. We were able to extend the hire by a few days with ease too.I would highly recommend Virtual Reality Rental and definitely will use them again.

I've hired VR gear from Virtual Reality Rental a few times and Graham provides such a great service at an amazing price.I was worried about hiring from a company from out of town, but Graham did everything he could to make sure the headsets arrived early and his prices were far better than any I could find in Auckland!

We hired a couple of Quest2 headsets for my Son's 13th B-day recently and found the whole experience to be excellent from start to finish. Graham was super friendly and helpful and made the process very easy. The equipment was in excellent condition. I also think that if you're considering whether or not to purchase your own VR set, this is a great way to test it out first.

Easy to rent, good communication. I liked that the Meta Quest 2 headsets had additional padding so that it didn’t feel heavy or got too sweaty when wearing it for a long time. Battery lasted well, good compilation of games (Help Wanted, Beat Saber, PVP games etc.). Better game selection than other competitors (have tried other VR rentals), so that was the big plus.

We had a really great time renting the VR headsets from Graham! He could not have been more helpful, communicative, and went the extra mile ensuring we had a great experience. Loads of fun, for many different ages, and the range of games on the headsets was impressive. 100% recommend!!
