I just wanted to thank Jono and his team for their professional approach and great customer service. I purchased Mazda Atenza/6 last Friday and 100% happy with it so far. There was a multimedia issue before the purchase and Jono replaced it with the free, brand-new android/ios (Lumina) one and offered to arrange replacement service close to my home without any arguments. The vehicle was in a great condition and nicely groomed. I also sold my old car (trade in), Jono estimated it twice higher than the previous dealer I contacted. The whole team was very polite and helpful, when I was moving my stuff from my old car to the new one (after it was already sold), one of the team member offered me help. I am based in Auckland but drove 3h to Tauranga because of the great Google reviews and great impression I got from the phone conversation with Jono. I will definitely recommend this dealer to everyone I know. Great work guys!

Their marketing has to be good as they are in the back streets. But found Taylor was very helpful and appeared to be honest. The place was clean and tidy, just like the cars. Can totally recommend this dealer.

Bought a car from them recently and one of the speakers was shot, they refuse to fix it claiming its fine and getting angry at me. I took the car to a speaker shop and they agree there is an issue not to mention I QA test speakers as part of my job. The bass can be set all the way to 5 and balance all the way to the right and there is no buzzing but all the way to the left has heaps of buzzing but according to them there is nothing wrong and it is within spec" and they claim its because the car is 17 years old
