Always understaffed, be prepared to wait at least 10mins before being served - and a cold sub because it sits open awaiting salad while they process the order at the till.

I had a lady called Sammi serve me. I instantly noticed her vibrant smile! She was very polite and welcoming. She was even smiling while making the sub! Thank you for the great service :) yummy sub as per usual, also!

I regularly get subway salads from wellington Murphy St and palmerston north Albert st store's but the best salads I've had is from subway feilding.They are the only store I've been to that mixes the salad in a bowl first.The others just put in straight into the takeaway container.Cheers filly store you make the best salads

Best salads ever. Had one made by Paige tonight, she did a great job and was lovely to deal with but was working on her own with heaps of customers. She tried to get help from out the back. Finally a snotty girl called Kate meandered out to provide half-hearted assistance, she clearly didn't want to be there. Very poor customer service from her!

Wow, I was absolutely amazed today. After wanting some food and being indecisive I asked Dave and happily Recommended the best of the best, truly an amazing experience. Was such a genuine happy person and loved his positivity he shared within the restaurant. His co - worker ( blonde young lady ) was an absolute darling also, she had a big smile on her face and happily talked about our days before leaving.
