I started Pilates under Karina’s tutelage 3 years ago, looking to overcome sports injuries by achieving improved flexibility and core strength. Simply put, it has worked wonders for me, at over seventy I’m the most flexible I‘ve been since my youth and am able to cope with significant amounts of competitive sport.Karina’s knowledge, professionalism and commitment is second to none, that she makes Pilates so enjoyable for clients is testament to her love for the discipline. You really must give it a go!
