Our beautiful crate surrounds were built speedily, and to order - we had a tricky space to fit them in and odd-sized crates, but it was no problem for Bess and Stu! Love that we can use this corner of our home again, and that it looks neat and tidy. Super easy to put together and they look schmick. Would recommend to anyone - if you're on the fence it's well worth it.

Just a quick message to say how thrilled i am with our purchase. Our 5 month old Long Haired Miniature Dachshund absolutely loves it. She doesn't grizzle at me now that she can get on and off the bed as she pleases. Great Service, good communication, and quick efficient and spot on turn around time. Our senior boy loves his bedside steps, they make his life so much easier (it took him a day or two to come around but now he trots up them like a youngster!)The steps themselves, thanks to discussion with Bess and Stu, are the perfect height and distance apart. We found Beloved Pet Furniture on a Dachshund facebook page and ordered an adjustable ramp so our 3 month old puppy Honey can access the couch and bed (yeah i know......) within minutes of it arriving (when they said it would) she was using it. Just awesome

We're very happy to have found a local business to support and recommend for pet stairs - Beloved Pet Furniture. The ordering process was easy and communication was great. We ordered online and sent Bess and Stu Scottie's measurements for sizing. We decided to customise further - buying a rug online for carpeting and having that delivered directly to the workshop. Scottie was very excited when his steps arrived a couple of weeks later - he was up and down them in a flash. He had a home-made ramp before and used it for going up but not down. The steps are super easy for him to use, stable and light. All in all, just fab!
