Went in to get just a couple of items we needed, and a Lotto ticket. Got everything I needed. Young woman on checkout was friendly and helpful. A good store. Prices okay, given the national trend of the supermarkets pushing prices up and blaming the pandemic and supply chain. Still, the staff here are not to blame for the big two grocery chains rippingNew Zealand off.

Old lady didn't serve my friend cause I had no id he's 43 and I'm 27 years old pretty rude of her. Never experience this before I don't think she should work there she has no smile looks grumpy

Consistently only ever one checkout serving customers every time I go. Plenty of other staff in-store fluffing around - why is it so hard to serve customers promptly? No express lane.

Checkout operator couldn't even count my money I had to do it for her. Checkout line system terrible people lining up in aisles so many people who got there after me got served first.. and gotta be careful with there specials they don't update there tickets very well
