Collective Shoes Albany

Went into the Albany store today, 3 staff on, was there more then ten minutes. Staff were to busy fussing on a group of older ladies, (which when they left eventually, not buying anything). I was completely ignored the whole time I was there, having found one pair I wanted to purchase and waiting to have some sort of service to try on another pair I was interested in also. Very, very poor service. Most of the shoes I own I have bought from here. Time to find another company now.I went back today after quite a few months, because I really do find their shoes are the best around for me. Debbie was wonderful she went the extra mile and I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes both bargain prices. My faith in them has been restored. Thank you Debbie. From the previous one star I have upgraded it to 4 stars..

I have been shopping at Collective Shoes, formerly Ziera, for many years now. The quality of all the products sold is always of a very high standard. Today was no exception! Many thanks to Bliss who served me going the extra mile to ensure a good fit & that I got the best shoe outcome for me. I would highly recommend this store.

Amazing shoes, service and great prices. Loved the soft colours and soles of the shoes I purchased. I am a big fan of the fir and comfort of the brands in store.

Super duper helpful staff. Great range of shoes. I bought 2x pairs of Ziera Comfy Slippers (2nd pair 50% off).Big fan of Ziera footwear because they have orthotic friendly designs which is really important for us 40+ women lol.

Mixed feelings about my dealings with Collective Shoes. My order was addressed incorrectly and when I pointed this out it was brushed off and no apology offered, which was the least I thought I could expect. Regrettably, the shoes were too small and I ended up having to send them back. I am pleased to say that the return process was simple (although you have to notify them before you send product back) and the refund swiftly processed, thank you.

A wonderfully successful visit to Ziera Albany to find shoes for my elderly Mother.We were so lucky to be helped by Debbie who was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient.We left the store with 2 pairs of fabulous footwear for my Mum, both of which are a game changer for her in terms of comfort and suitability for her problem feet.Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this shoe store and Debbie’s outstanding customer service.

An absolute vital and important shoe store. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave a lot of assistance. The shoes are amazing, so soft, so comfortable, well worth the price. Most shoes are orthotic/brace friendly and easy to put on and off. Very important. These shoes helped me feel human again.

Fantastic selection of attractive and comfortable shoes, with a great range of colours and styles. Some fits are extra wide to accommodate a wider foot, but still attractive in style, and a number of the designs have cushioning for comfort. In person service is excellent and they are also super fast with online deliveries.
