Wow! The Issimo team in Queenstown are so friendly. Not only do they have a great range of shoes. The whole shipping experiences was great fun and the stuff were super helpful. Thanks guys!

I bought a pair of shoes recently and when I arrived home my partner confessed he had bought me a very similar pair for my upcoming birthday. I went back to the store literally 2 hours later and was unable to return the shoes.I understand your generic store policy however you have clearly lost all compassion for your customers, flexibility and willingness to understand various individual situations as they arise.I was then forced to exchange for an expensive bag that I don't need. They wouldn't even give me the remaining $10 in cash after the exchange occurred. I am not a Queenstown local but I do have a holiday house here and I will never shop here again.

Hi, service was awesome i came for a conference was completely clueless but the ladies at the store did an amazing job, however one thing they probably need to inform their customers though is that the GADEA by LODI brand stretches sooo much actually by exactly one size up. I only wore it for 2hours in a size 40 and when I reached auckland to wear it for another event i was really gutted that I no longer had any use for it, my conference shoes is now gathering dust - such beautiful pretty pink shoes that my feet now drowns in and when i try fitting it they just slip off my feet when i walk which is not only terrible but embarrasing. maybe it was my fault who knows but maybe the staff shoulve been aware of the brand and materials. the buttery soft leather stretches really easy and customers should be advised.

I absolutely love this shop. Amazing range of shoes to choose from, great service and friendly team who always makes me feel like a VIP.

Came in today and purchased a Saben handbag. Shauni provided amazing service to myself and partner and has a wide range of product knowledge. We will be back soon.

BUYER BEWARE - This shop has an unusual return/exchange policy compared to industry standard for retailers. We are Queenstown locals and have shopped frequently at this store (which certainly is a lovely store), however, if your purchase is faulty or if there is a possibility that you need to return or exchange the item then DO NOT BUY because you will not be able to. You are better off to buy online or from another store (which will have the normal retail returns/exchange policy) and enable you to have these options to be available.

I needed a pair a shoes for Monday morning. Within a day the whole transaction was sorted. Kerrey was super atentive and went the extra mile, she delievered the shoes personally and even brought and extra pair to be sure about sizes. Brilliant customer service and great attention to details!! Great shop!

I bought the most beautiful pair of doc martens boots from here a few days ago and I couldn't be happier, with the boots, the price of them and with the service I got from the lovely ladies in the shop. My last pair of DMs I bought in my home town of Nottingham, UK, and the ladies that served me in queenstown was from Nottingham also! So helpful and cheerful! I bought the first pair I tried on and I LOVE THEM! Thank you so much for the fantastic service and beautiful boots!Michelle

I came back home very upset and disappointed with the service I received in this store. I ordered some boots which my friend collected for me. They did not fit me properly and I wasn’t able to try them on in store and now they won’t give me a refund or an exchange. They haven’t even been worn! And when I asked for any other suggestion or help they told me it’s very difficult to re-sell the boots because they are a small size? This makes no sense.
