William responded quickly to a request for a quote, sent through the info soon after visiting the property and we were able to book in a time that suited.The job was removing two tall trees and the team did it quickly and effectively. They tidied up extremely well after the job, not a stray branch or twig to be found!Great to deal with, regular communication, professional, friendly and a good price too - highly recommend.

Will and the team did a great job with removing dead and falling trees from our site. Will was quick to organise a site inspection; we received an instant quote onsite, by email that day; and the job was ultimately carried out quickly, professionally and with limited disruption. Our neighbours were so impressed with the work that they have contacted Tree Factor themselves to arrange work on their section. Great job.

Chip spray left all over the fences and stumps left around the perimeter of our house. Here I was thinking your guy would come back to finish the job? Nope. Also, no one has contacted us regarding our electric gate that your guy grinded into??? The cables are still there waiting to be replaced. Our gate no longer works as you know. Really disappointed that no one has followed up with us and your guy won't answer my calls? We had sorted a sparky who said that it can be fixed and we are waiting for you to come to the party before further action is taken. Can William or Tai please get in contact with me. We aren't going to let this go away without a fight so you best come and sort our gate out for us before the end of the year

Professional, experienced, and a good bunch of guys. Removed a large tree in a poorly accessible position on our property. Reasonably priced. Definitely would use their service again.

My experience was great. I contacted them just after the cyclone when the amount of work in the North Island was at its peak. William gave personalised service, with an excellent quote that made the job affordable. The crew was professional, health and safety conscious and did an excellent cleanup.
