I have purchased a Tineco Floor One S5 Pro Hard Floor Cleaner from Godfreys Takanini about a month ago. I am very happy with my purchase. Cleaning hard floors is a breeze now. Simon and Jay are the bomb. Fantastic service with professional advice. This is my 2nd big purchase from this store and both times I haven't been disappointed. This time I brought a Hoocer carpet cleaner.In fact my sis travels from Tauranga just for the service from this store. Both Paula and I will be back. Thank you very much.Also Jay recommended a spray for cat urine and odours. I have tried many brands and was sceptical but I brought it and tried it and it was an instant success!! No more stink! I'm stoked thanks heaps Jay I'll be sticking with this product.

Absolutely impressed with Jay's customer service today! My partner and I purchased the Bissell Little Green carpet cleaner this afternoon from him, and he was very friendly, fast, and informative - recommending a carpet shampoo to compliment the cleaner. I was going to buy it from a different store but Jay's friendly voice over the phone drew me in to the Takanini store, and he was even better in person!

Was looking at getting a bagless vacuum for my mother, looked at the Miele model, got told by the sales person that they can't do any discounts or specials as specified by the manufacturer, but tried to onsell other aftermarket parts on top of the existing price...odd thing is I walked out and bought the same model direct from Miele for $120 less online and delivered. Not sure if staff need more training, or just not bothered to serve and have customers. Won't be recommending or returning anytime soon.

Quickly popped in to buy a vacuum in the weekend. Knew what I wanted. Wish I'd gotten the guys name but he was very bubbly, energetic and just made me feel they really do value their customers. He put a smile on my face when I was having a rough day AND made me giggle. A ++++ customer service! Thank you

Give Nick a pay-rise, I went in to buy a different carpet cleaner to what I ended up with only $100 bucks more than what I was expecting to pay. He instantly stopped what he was doing when I walked in and offered his assistance. Giving a demo on the carpet cleaner he recommended I am very happy with the service and the Hoover Smartwash + did an amazing job at cleaning my carpet.I don’t normally write reviews but thought this was well deserved!

Brought a vacuum and a carpet cleaner and went back to return just by 3 days late cause i really had good reason but the guy won’t let me. Been buying my machine from youse for more then 5 years now but today just put me off. My first time coming to return something cause yous rushed me in buying and this is what i get in return. So not fair!!!!
