Food took 45 minutes to come out. Big breke was very average and bacon was under cooked. Loaded fries, there were hardly any and just looked like slop. Only thing good was the iced mochas but really they wernt that good either.Toilets were so tight I’d hate to be fat. I’m skinny and I even struggled to get in there and the lights keep turning off on me. Not fun

My friends and I visited here on Sunday and we had the best coffee and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend visiting.

We are sure if the lady behind the counter smiled, her face would break. 20 odd mins just to get a hot choc. Ate with 5 other people and our meals all came out at different times. Expensive for what you get and the time you have to wait. Don't mind paying good money for great customer service and food, but you do not get this here. Will not return.

Waited nearly an hr for a pizza which was very ordinary, looked like a frozen one with a bit of feta thrown on top, meanwhile my four friends had all finished their meals. The blonde waitress was extremely rude, none of us will be returning. There was no apology just a very sarcastic comment and she walked off.

Great friendly service, delicious food. Clean and organized with lots of space. Really enjoyed the berry cheesecake slice.

Called today. Standards have slipped. Coffee luke warm and panini ( chicken, cranberry and brie)unusually poor. Seems as though it clamped too hard, overcooked and tasteless.Come on we expect better .Not up to your usual standard

Nice and spacious. The furnishings are getting tired, but I prefer Iberia over its sister Strada because it's quieter.

- Over 1 and a half hour wait for food. - Customers coming in after us got their food before us.- Meal was not what it said on the Menu- took it back and it came back out with items still missing.Seen better at Iberia but sorry not tonight.
