My new partner and I loved staying at Hus Art Farm. Beautiful place to stay and relax feeling like you have left the busy Auckland behind without leaving it. Great place to also have family over as well, with a large out door deck everyone can chat and eat together, wide open spaces to walk around and for kids to explore. Would be a beautiful place to hold a wedding at.

Was shocked to have the land lady let herself into the house and come upstairs to tell us to be quiet at 7.30pm in the evening. Regardless of the situation a text would have been sufficient. Felt like an invasion of privacy.

Hu’s is such a beautiful, tranquil venue. It’s one of my favourite venues to photograph at in Auckland!There is a purpose-built 6x6 dock that sits on the water with an arch and scenic forest backdrop. When you step into the paddock where the dock is situated, you will immediately feel relaxed in this tranquil spot.There is an all-weather pebbled area where your guests can either be seated or standing, right by the water's edge.Hu’s modern barn-styled venue also has 6-bedroom accommodation, making it the perfect place to get ready on our wedding day or to spend the night afterwards.HU’s offers many diverse spots for photos. From long-grass fields to beautiful rustic barn doors, there is no shortage of epic photo spots!

Thank you Roisin and Jennie for the most magical weekend!I thought we would be hassled with noise control but we were wrong! I have no bad things to say. Roisin looked after us all to her best and so well!The venue was so perfect for us and our guests were so impressed.Thank you for helping us create memories that our elders, peers and kids will cherish forever x

Unfortunately we had a poor stay at Hu’s Art Farm. We were excited to get a parents night away with a few friends, however at 7.30pm the landlady of the venue invited herself in unannounced which gave us a fright and requested for our movie to be turned town. It was uncomfortable having your privacy being taking advantage of, let alone when you’re paying $1,000+ for a night.

Noise and management seem to be their biggest downfall. Making yourself familiar with their noise and other policies is highly recommended. We we're clients right up until a) they changed the rules (long after our deposit was paid) and b) the fact that the venue was shut down by the council (1 week before our wedding) for not having the correct consent.
