Very friendly staff, didn't have all the rings in stock that were on line but I was very happy with my purchase.

I once loved Michael Hill but my last visit drastically changed my view on them, I went in looking for a budget friendly dress ring, once this was established the retail assistant's attitude changed, she showed me 3 rings and informed me that they had nothing else, I wasn't even shown the ring that I was interested in with a price tag of $79 dollars, I had informed her that I was getting a bridal set on my wedding dày but just needed something for now, had her attitude been better and more friendly i would have brought my fiance in and purchesed the bridal set that i had seen online.I also showed her a ring I already had and asked about resizing it where I was informed it couldn't be done (I was later advised at another jeweler that in can be done and am now happilydealing with the lovely ladies there) this ring had been brought from Micheal Hill a couple of years ago and I was told then it could be resized, It has a valuation of over $3500, I was practically ignored for the rest of my time in the store.I wish I could remember her name as I would have put it down in this review, but some friendly advise to that sales assistant change your attitude, you were rude and unfriendly and clearly only after commission sales. I left there feeling terrible I once loved your business but after that experience I will not be shopping there again.
