We booked in as a family to get our second vaccination. The whole operation was run really well. The staff were friendly and made us feel very relaxed, explaining carefully the process and also what one could expect sometimes from the second shot. They showed extremely good cultural understanding and diligence in the way they approached us. What was also really important was how they talked to and discussed the vaccination with my younger sister who was born with Down's Syndrome, treating her so respectfully and making her feel at ease. Excellent and exceptional customer service. Thanks team for making this process so much better.

i want to say that the team at Unichem Neill’s Pharmacy are just the best! David in the pharmacy has been so wonderful for me to deal with when I have been feeling so sick recently, so kind and understanding. And a big shout out to Tee and Paula and the rest of the team there, including the gals at the post shop! The kindness and class you show people makes you a pleasure to deal with and irreplaceable as a pharmacy. Thank you so much to all of you including the Manager Jin who tries so hard to keep the atmosphere so nice.And of course a very big thank you to Sokha who runs the retail side of the shop - she is so helpful and knows every product that I have ever had occasion to ask for!

David is the best pharmacist I have come across in a long time. He is compassionate, friendly and super efficient. He goes above and beyond what is required of him. Not just is David amazing, but also his colleagues. If you want great, fast and friendly service from a pharmacy, visit David an his team!

All the staff are super helpful and we're doing amazing even throughout Covid. I went in again yesterday to use NZ Post services and the young girl working was fabulous, efficient and multitasking on another level :)

I have been into this pharmacy many many times over the years and I am always SUPER impressed with the service. All the staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to sort any issues you may have regarding prescriptions. Bonus points because I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my prescription which is really fast compared to other pharmacies I have been to where I have waited at least 20+ minutes, even for 1 item. The NZ Post staff are awesome too! This was where I chose to get vaccinated and I highly recommend! A+ Unichem Neills staff

Where to Begin! What an amazing bunch of humans here at Neills Pharmacy, Mt Wellington. This place has quietly been my haven for relief. I feel like I spend so much time here with being the main carer for my elderly Mother, Disabled brother & our 5 children I am constantly picking up all sorts of Meds, Creams & allergy meds. This place isn't just a Pharmacy, the whole team are genuine with anyone that comes into their store. Jin & David make you feel like you're literally blood whanau, consistent, caring & extremely empathetic. We have not only witnessed this care but we have received it through their Service. Thank you so much for embracing our Tomokino-Village to be part of the Neills family especially Jin. O le ala i le pule o le tautua - the pathway to leadership is through service. Your leadership & service Jin makes you exactly what our communities need during these tough times. Excellent service from David at Neil’s pharmacy. Isolating with covid he made sure my prescription came through and followed up with me to make sure it was all sorted. They went as far as to deliver my medication free of charge alongside some electrolytes to help my recovery.Absolutely fantastic

All the staff at Unichem Neill's Pharmacy are AMAZING. They go above and beyond to help customers out whether it be questions about prescription medications or general enquiries about medications or health which I really appreciate. I've also used the post shop service here a few times and I found the service was very good, would definitely come back to use the post service here again.Overall the staff are very knowledgeable and they are very good at what they do - thank you Unichem Neill's Pharmacy team!

Avoid this place! They play tricky and pack only one month medication without asking you if you want all three months altogether and on top of this don’t even advise you on the repeat. Not many people will check receipt and come back for repeat which will be pharmacy’s advantage in profit. Moreover, really bad customer service. Few ladies over their have weird attitude. Spoke with bad attitude. Made me wait unnecessarily for 15 mins for simple prescription until I intervened. Good customer service with honesty is basic and this place lack on both.

I have known neils pharmacy for a very long time i found the staff very helpful polite honest and thorough. Nothing was never a problem with the staff if anything that was required they would go out of there way to get it for you. If they say they would make contact with you on the day they always do.
