The website needs to be upgraded by allowing communication and registration for an account online. It should be possible to open accounts and make deposit in any account without having to visit the bank. It isn't possible to visit a bank to do this when it is not open after working hours. They need to be able to follow up with their email requests. Good on them for offering competitive returns on fixed term investments.

As an ex staff and current pensioner of Bank of India I went this afternoon to have my Life Certificate verified, before sending it to India.The teller, a young lady, greeted me with a smile, and then contacted the manager. He then interrupted a meeting to allow me to get my paperwork done. Done and dusted. With a warm handshake from the very courteous Manager, P Jain, I was in and out in five minutes!

I came to bank of india epsom website show that it's open but when I came it was closed. I came specially from onehunga to epsom. Very dissapointed ☹☹☹
