Having problems contacting shop over order, emails and phone its like the shop is not there anymore, was going to order another product, a little hesitate now, wait for first order to turn up or a discussion with Glenn Tuck as to what is happening with the order, my rating will get better if the shop responds to this matter. cheers

This is for online purchases only, ive never been in store.Looks like they have a decent range, but if your buying online and require additional advice or information, it will take over 2 weeks to get a reply. Still haven't heard a word from them after 2 weeks. Ive brought products else where from companies who did reply. They must be too busy for a $2000 order.
